Motors: 2-year warranty
All MISHEE motors (sliding, swing, roller shutter and roller door) carry a 2-year warranty, starting from the invoice date.
What the warranty covers
If your motor develops a fault during the warranty period, we cover the cost of the parts needed to fix it.
If the motor cannot be repaired and the fault is entirely ours, we will offer a replacement.
What the warranty does not cover
- labour and transport;
- lightning, weather or other natural causes;
- flood damage. Our motors are water-resistant, but flooding can damage them;
- damage caused by installation, repair or modification by anyone other than a MISHEE-approved technician.
Accessories
The warranty applies to motors only. Accessories (remotes, sensors, flashing lights, wiring, racks, guide rails and gate wheels) are not covered by it.
